Due to sanitary reasons we do not have any exchanges or refunds.  If in any circumstances anything happens to come damaged please contact us (Using the "contact us" at the bottom of the web page)  within 2 weeks of receiving the order. You must provide pictures of the damaged item, as well as your order number and name on the order and we will gladly replace the item. We do not accept orders that have a different billing and shipping address . The order will be refunded. Please provide correct shipping address at checkout. If for any reason the package is returned a second shipping fee will be required.  Please make sure to provide an accurate address before placing an order.   5. NEVER CURL YOUR STRIP LASHES!
  6. CLEAN AND COMB YOUR STRIP LASHES REGULARLY.
